The organization of the 15th International Law Enforcement IP Crime Conference in Seoul, Republic of Korea remains fully dependent on any Covid-19 related developments between now and the event date. The INTERPOL General Secretariat monitors the situation in coordination with the Host Country. In addition, the Host Country and the INTERPOL General Secretariat are taking a number of measures aimed at reducing the risk of the possible spread of Covid-19 among persons involved or participating in the event.

In this context, the attention of participants is drawn to the fact that:

·       The Organization and Host Country shall not be liable to participants for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, or financial losses in the event the 15th International Law Enforcement IP Crime Conference in Seoul, Republic of Korea is postponed, rescheduled or cancelled;

and

·       The Organization and Host Country cannot guarantee or warrant against the risk of Covid-19 exposure and/or infection inherent to travel, in-person meetings, and participation in or activities related to attendance at the 15th International Law Enforcement IP Crime Conference in Seoul, Republic of Korea. The Organization and Host Country disclaim all liability for any damages, injuries, illness, or consequences thereof, including in relation to Covid-19 exposure and/or infection, individuals may experience or cause others during or in connection with their travel to and from and stay in the Republic of Korea related to the 15th International Law Enforcement IP Crime Conference.
